Additional Info	The Annual Apple Butter Makin' Days fall festival is a staple event in the mid-west. This is a great way to showcase handmade crafts to a large, diverse audience. Mt. Vernon is situated on I-44 halfway between Joplin and Springfield, but crowds arrive from all across the country to sample delicious Apple Butter prepared on the historic square and visit more than 400 craft spaces for their annual favorites and new ideas alike.
