Number of Booths:
This agreement is between the Page Lake Powell Chamber of Commerce and the person(s) above known as the Vendor. The Vendor will be subject to the following rules:
All vendor booths will be located at the Page Community Center ~ 699 S. Navajo Dr., Page, AZ. 86040
Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e. tables, chairs, and displays. This is an indoor event at the Page Community Center space is a 10×10 only available.
All food vendors are required to have a Food Handler’s Card from the Coconino County Health Department. Copies of the food license must be submitted along with booth fees and signed contract. You must also have a Coconino County Health Department “Temporary Food Service License”.
Booth set up begins at 8:00 a.m. and must be completed and ready for sales at 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. when the festivities begin.
The Page Lake Powell Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible for lost/stolen items or for accidents or personal injuries.
