Additional Info • ALL Exhibitors must apply annually and previous participation does not guarantee acceptance.
• All locations will be determined by Fair Management despite previous year’s location if a returning vendor. Locations may change annually based on layout, entertainment, and traffic flow.
• Exhibitors accepted for the Fair will receive a contract and an invoice (do not pay with application).
• Exhibitors must carry $1,000,000 liability insurance, naming “CENTRAL STATES FAIR, INC.” as and “ADDITIONAL INSURED” (not just a certificate holder). Proof is required with contract and payment as set forth in the above deadlines.
• Optional coverage is possibly available through the Fair for $160 (subject to change).
• In the event Exhibitor fails to submit the contract, payment or required insurance as stated, Fair Management can cancel the space and re-assign it without notice.
• Cancellation of booth space must be made in writing. Cancellations after July 10 receive no refunds.
