Additional Info Applications are open to Green River Locals from January 1st to January 31st, 2026, and to everyone else starting February 1st, 2026.

Vendors are selected based on merchandise, product quality, variety, appropriateness, and space availability. If two similar vendors apply (Ex, two kettle corn vendors), it will be first-come, first-served. Prospective vendors must send an itemized list of merchandise along with the application. (This helps us to have a variety of vendors so that each of our vendors does well) Our vendor coordinator will contact vendors directly when your application has been approved for the event.

Until you are contacted, you have not yet been approved.

Booths are located within the O.K. Anderson Green River City Park. Booth spaces are large enough to accommodate sun canopies and pop-up tents, which are recommended. You must provide all materials for your booth; we cannot provide canopies, tables, etc. Electricity is reserved for food vendors only.

About the event
Green River Utah's annual Melon Days Festival, now 120 years old, is a celebration of our town's famous tasty melon varieties and their growers. Our rural town's population swells as locals, family, friends and visitors come together for a weekend of melon-munching fun.

Check-in is Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

No-shows will have a harder time being approved in future years.
