Additional Info	A Star Spangled Quilt Show July 31, August 1 & 2, 2026 10:00 am to 4:00 $10 Anacortes middle school, 2202 M Avenue, Anacortes WA Fidalgo Island Quilters Guild is a local service group that meets monthly to promote the quilting arts. The Guild provides educational opportunities for quilters of all ages as well as donating quilts to veterans, the local Family Center and hospital through the Community Quilts program. With support from the Anacortes Arts Festival, the Guild has outreach classes to schools teaching children the basics of making 9 patch blocks that are then made into completed quilts and donated to local Veterans' groups.
