Additional Info	The Fourth of July Splash is currently accepting food vendor applications for this fun family event. If you are interested in working with an energetic, organized team of event producers, fill out the application form and send it in. Last year, over 15,000 Kent residents came to Lake Meridian Park to celebrate the Fourth of July. No entry fee makes the Splash accessible to everyone. The goal of the event is to bring families and friends together to celebrate Independence Day in their own community. Our hope is to build that sense of community by having activities that the whole family can enjoy. Some of the fun events that we have planned include a hoop shoot skills course, traditional old time games, continuous stage entertainment, plenty of food and of course one of the largest fireworks displays in South King County.
