The Information We Collect:

Our Commitment to Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  In addition, any Credit/Debit card information collected for the sole purpose of processing purchases, is in strict compliant with The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) (   Further, any credit/debit card information communicated between you and The Sites is done via 128-bit SSL encryption provided via DigiCert CP/CPS and any underlying agreements which limit liability and are incorporated herein by reference.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers.  For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. Any information that could be used to identify you is maintained via the "My Account" settings, where you have the option to opt-out of disclosure of any instances where we may provide that infrormation to 3rd parties, advertisers or sponsors.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

IP Address:
Every computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number known as an Internet protocol (IP) address.  We track and store all information pertaining to access to The Sites for internal purposes only (including tracking usage patterns and other pertinent usage tracking), and will not disclose this information to any 3rd party unless either (a) requested to do so by appropriate law enforcement agencies or (b) necessary to investigate any violations of our Terms of Service agreements.
