Additional Info	The Italian Festival of McAlester, Oklahoma (USA), has been one of the finest annual events in Oklahoma since its inception in 1971. Traditionally held on Saturday and Sunday, the festival recently moved to Friday and Saturday, during the 2nd weekend in May. The move away from Sunday, was to provide vendors, volunteers and visitors more time with the mothers on Mother's Day. Each year, the festival draws roughly 20,000 visitors to the fairgrounds of the Southeast Expo Center, for the two-day event. Join the many thousands who enjoy our delicious Italian Dinner in the Food Tent (comes with Spaghetti, Meatballs, Italian Sausage, Salad, Garlic Bread and Drink) or grab a Pizza and Sandwich under the Sandwich Tent. There's a variety of other foods, live entertainment for all ages, shopping among the hundreds of vendors and craft booths, carnival, games, car show and much, much more.
