Additional Info	This is the oldest Kite Festival for children in the US, now in its 78th year. Admission is free. The craft fair is well established, and many vendors return year after year. A limited number of food vendors are also invited. Attendance at the festival is 2000 to 2500, mostly families and children. Children are taught how to make and fly a simple kite; all materials are included free. There are also professional kite demonstrations and music.
